The Tatamagouche Bay Sailing Centre is the perfect destination for your next sailing adventure. Our mission is to impart knowledge and passion for sailing through exceptional experiences in the idyllic setting of Tatamagouche Bay. All our sailing vessels are registered and comply with Transport Canada and Small Vessel Compliance Programs. We are committed to ensuring that everyone who sails with us gets the best out of their time on the water. Sail Canada Keelboat & Cruising Programs

The CANSail Programs
The CANSail Program is Sail Canada’s junior national training program for sailing in dinghies. The program is made up of core standards that promote progressive training of core dinghy sailing skills and knowledge. CANSail programming means lots of time on the water in a safe, fun, and active learning environment. Sailors learn the skills and enter into fun and challenging experiences suited to their age and stage of development. A Private Sailing Experience
If you are new to sailing and would like to experience the sport in a relaxed, stress-free setting, we will take you through a safe, educational, fun and encouraging sail on the Bay of Tatamagouche and beyond. Regardless of age, ability or limitation, sailing is the perfect activity for anyone who enjoys water sports and outdoor recreation.
A Private Sailing Activity is a great way to experience an exclusive and personalized sailing adventure for you or your group. It is intended to provide an opportunity to welcome the joys of boating, from the open waters to the scenic coastlines. We offer a unique blend of insight, enjoyment and the sheer joy of harnessing the wind's power. You may even catch a glimpse of marine wildlife including harbour seals, white sided dolphins, and even the occasional pilot whale.
Why not join us and discover the adventure, freedom and the challenge of sailing the open sea that only a Private Sailing Experience can provide. Duration of the sail time is normally between 3 to 4 hours. All vessels are provided with a Sail Canada Sailing Instructor.
